The know-howAna-Maria thrives in Project Management and Program Management, across scope and industries.She worked for a decade in the big four world, leading complex advisory projects and programs for both public and private sector clients. Her projects ranged from software implementation to restructuring and implementing new operating models across industries.In the startup and family office space, she worked as a Business and Investment Advisor for both family offices and investment firms, supporting early-stage ventures and private equity initiatives focused on innovation and transformation. Next to that, she managed and overseen diversified investment portfolios across multiple asset classes, ensuring portfolio rebalancing, diversification, and global exposure were continuously aligned with the evolving investment strategy. She supported families manage their estate, establish governance, privacy and security within their legal setup.
